Paramount Medical Clinic is a newly relocated, modern medical centre, conveniently established in the heart of the city of Melbourne. Our practice was originally known as Swanston Clinic and established on Swanston Street in 1999 by Dr Chris Reynolds, who moved to Queensland in 2008. Dr Balnionis joined the practice in 2004 on returning from Hong Kong after 13 years.
The practice recently relocated to modern, new premises in the Paramount Centre on Bourke Street and underwent a change of name to Paramount Medical Clinic, to reflect our new, exciting location within the CBD.

We provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients working or living in the city. Uniquely, we also cater for the special health requirements of international travellers and students. We provide specialised language services for Japanese patients. Students, both local and international (OSHC), receive discounts for medical consultations and other services.
